I've been giving my 9 and 6 year old young lion pups these before bedtime (I prefer to do in general to allow to permeate overnight) not every night but several times thus far (spreading out bc i am on a fixed income 🙏🏾) and quiet as kept it helps put him to sleep! We'd already been off the oil of oregano drops and black seed oil periodically prior and have been in love with them. But the boys are bright anyway so I can't so far anyway say any differences I can recognize regarding cognition - we do all struggle w/adhd - however the ingredient list have me like it's GOTTA B doing wat it do!!!!! (And not hurting so far as I can tell neither, and my eldest have heavier allergies) 🤌🏾👌🏾🙏🏾
