I've been taking this for almost a month and haven't really seen the changes I would like. Honestly, very little effect all together compared to other vitamins.

I have missed a couple of days so that may be the reason. I'll finish the bottle, but ifnI do not see the changes or energy I desire then I will not be making another purchase.

I am sincerely fond of your products. My hair has always been very thick and a very nice length. It has been thinning lately. I have cornrows and the scalp’s part had widened.
